Exploring

After our slightly stressful earlier outing, we decided to wander around a bit this afternoon/evening.  We started close to our hotel and went around to the Hofburg.

 After that we wandered through the middle of town through Stephansplatz and out to the Ringstrasse again and up to the 9th district to this lovely restaurant up there.

Once we got back to the hotel we used google pedometer to figure out how much we (including Granny) walked...and we calculated it to be about five miles...replacement hip and all!

the weather has been super nice, a bit drizzly at times, but still in the mid to upper 50s.  Tomorrow is an earlier morning to get my apartment key hopefully!
